Sustainability: Vegetable Start Ups

Guardian Sustainable Business write about the National Vegetarian Week running from 19 to 25 May.

They want to feature a list of start ups based on innovation in vegetables and plants and are are accepting and will mention info about such start ups or innovators. Isn’t it genius?

You can submit via Twitter. I recommended Hampton Creek that I blogged about here.

Niwa, app that helps you grow your own veggies sounds amazing. CropMobster is something we really need in the UK and Europe, and it would be great if supermarkets found a way to participate.

Finally, I had no idea that The Coach and Horses in Soho was the first vegetarian and vegan only pub in London. I work next to it and it’s a nominated place for our office drinks!
