Greenpeace Christmas cards are out! All of them this year are devoted to climate change, North Pole melting, campaigns against Shell and Gazprom, and releasing Arctic 30 from Russia.
Some of them are very good. And of course, as always, Greenpeace can be applauded for both choosing a timely theme, spot on name and attracting interesting talent to the campaign.
I’ve been supporting their Arctic 30 this year and last couple of Christmases my e-cards were from Greenpeace. For me, they are the only not for profit who get Christmas messaging right most of the time.
In my opinion, the above mentioned campaign is a perfect example of how to drive an impact organisation’s campaign message in the run up for Christmas while staying current and relevant.
It’s ballsy, it’s artsy, it’s loud and unique. And if you support the cause, you feel you might have made a difference. Great product perfectly wrapped. Well done, guys!
